Effective and owner-reviewed: 14 September 2026. The Market Master owner has reviewed this policy against the services currently operating or technically activation-gated. Independent Lithuanian/EU legal review remains pending. This status is disclosed for transparency and is not a representation that external legal advice has been obtained.

Current status: Paid checkout is not active. Market Master has no paid members, accepts no recurring membership payments, and currently offers only free access and non-binding early-access registration. The provisions below describe the controls that must apply if paid subscriptions are introduced.

Prices and payment

The checkout page displays the plan, included features, billing frequency, currency, applicable taxes, trial terms, and total amount before an order is placed. If paid checkout is activated, Stripe processes payment credentials. Market Master does not store complete payment-card numbers.

Automatic renewal

No membership currently renews or incurs a charge. If recurring memberships are activated later, they will renew only on the frequency and at the price clearly accepted at checkout, and the payment method on file may be charged on each disclosed renewal date until cancellation.

How future cancellation will work

Before any recurring membership is sold, the account area will provide a clear cancellation control and billing support will accept cancellation requests from the email address attached to the account. The checkout terms will explain when cancellation takes effect, whether access continues through an already-paid period, and how the next renewal is stopped. No cancellation action is currently necessary because no paid membership is available.

EU and other mandatory withdrawal rights

If paid services are introduced, consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract, including a 14-day right in the European Union, subject to applicable rules and exceptions. A checkout that supplies service immediately will separately request any legally necessary express request and acknowledgement and explain proportional payment or loss of withdrawal rights before the order is placed. Market Master does not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Refund requests

Unless the checkout states a broader voluntary guarantee, payments are refunded where required by law or where Market Master confirms an incorrect or duplicate charge. Submit the account email, charge date, amount, and reason without sending complete card details. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; provider processing times may vary.

Failed or disputed payments

A failed renewal may result in retry notices, a temporary grace period, restricted paid access, or cancellation as disclosed in the account area. Contact billing support before initiating a chargeback so an incorrect charge or access problem can be investigated promptly; this does not limit any statutory payment-dispute right.

Plan and price changes

Material changes to a recurring price or billing period are communicated before they take effect where required. A new price is not charged without the notice or consent required by applicable law.
