Educational and informational service
Market Master is an independent financial education and market-information portal. It is not a broker, trading venue, investment adviser, portfolio manager, personalized trading-signal service, custodian, exchange, or transaction-execution service. It does not accept deposits, hold client assets, connect to brokerage accounts, or place orders.
Content, research, market data, comparisons, tools, simulations, saved decision workflows, and AI-assisted features provide general educational information - not personalized investment, financial, trading, legal, accounting, or tax advice. If paid memberships are introduced later, payment would purchase access to information and workflow features, not advice, account management, investment performance, or a financial outcome.
You remain responsible for your own decisions and for obtaining appropriately authorized professional advice when needed. The service must not be used as an order-entry, custody, emergency-alert, accounting, or official recordkeeping system.
Current services and provider roles
- Marketstack · active
- Supplies end-of-day market prices, history, volume, instrument metadata, and provider status. Requests are made and cached by the Market Master server; the provider API key is not exposed to visitors. Current displays are delayed and are not a real-time trading feed.
- OpenAI API · active
- Supports the research assistant, earnings workspace, market-move explanations, and clearly labelled AI commentary. Only the prompt and context required for the requested feature are sent. Public AI-generated text is identified as AI-generated and states whether human review occurred.
- WordPress and membership · free access active
- WordPress operates publishing, accounts, authentication, and saved service records. No paid subscription checkout is currently offered and no recurring payment is accepted. Paid Memberships Pro and Stripe are installed or prepared only for a possible later launch; their activation requires a separate legal, pricing, withdrawal, billing, and technical review.
- Email and form security · active
- FluentSMTP routes transactional email through the configured Market Master mailbox service. Cloudflare Turnstile protects public forms from automated abuse and processes the limited technical signals required to perform that check.
- Consent, analytics, and commercial features
- Google Privacy & messaging provides the published European regulations message for Market Master. Optional first-party analytics and advertising remain disabled unless the applicable consent, provider, policy, and technical activation gates all pass. AdSense has not approved the site for ad serving, and affiliate programs are not active. Any future commercial activation must preserve withdrawal controls and place a clear disclosure beside each commercial link or placement.
Agreement and eligibility
By using the service, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement and meet the minimum age in your location. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
Accounts
Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and notify support of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Accounts may not be sold, shared commercially, or used to evade plan limits.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with security or availability, scrape or redistribute restricted data, reverse engineer protected features, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate others, automate abusive requests, or use Market Master to provide regulated advice without authorization. Reasonable security testing requires prior written permission.
Information, tools, market data, and AI
Content, delayed Marketstack data, calculations, scenarios, and OpenAI-assisted output are general informational resources and are not advice. Outputs depend on provider data, user inputs, methods, and assumptions and require independent verification. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. Automated Morning Brief commentary is labelled AI-generated and is not represented as human-reviewed unless the page expressly says so.
You must not submit protected third-party content, confidential information you are not permitted to disclose, passwords, payment-card data, or brokerage credentials. You grant Market Master and its configured processors the limited permission needed to process your submission and return the requested feature output.
Current free-access status
Market Master currently provides free access and early-access information only. It does not presently accept paid subscription orders, collect recurring membership payments, or make Plus or Pro features available for purchase. Any displayed future-plan description is non-binding product information, not an offer capable of acceptance. Paid checkout will remain disabled until final prices, trader identity and geographic address, taxes, cancellation, withdrawal, refund, payment, and confirmation information are presented before purchase.
Future subscriptions, billing, and taxes
If paid subscriptions are introduced, the checkout will identify the trader and geographic address and display the plan, total price, currency, billing frequency, renewal terms, taxes, trial conditions, included features, contract duration, cancellation method, and applicable consumer rights before the user places an order. No recurring charge will be authorized through the current early-access form.
Future cancellation, withdrawal, and refunds
Before paid checkout is enabled, Market Master will provide a functional cancellation route and the withdrawal information required for the customer’s jurisdiction. Consumers in the European Union generally have 14 days to withdraw from many distance service contracts, subject to applicable rules and exceptions. Immediate performance during that period and any acknowledgement affecting withdrawal rights will require a separate, explicit checkout choice. Mandatory consumer rights will not be restricted.

Intellectual property
Market Master and its licensors retain rights in the service, editorial work, software, designs, databases, and trademarks. A subscription grants a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service. You retain ownership of material you submit and grant the limited permission needed to operate the requested feature.
Third-party services and data licences
OpenAI, Marketstack, payment, membership, email, linked sources, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. A link or integration is not a guarantee, endorsement, or promise of availability. Market data and provider metadata may be subject to licence restrictions: you may use the display through Market Master for personal informational purposes, but may not scrape, systematically extract, resell, republish, or build a competing database from restricted provider data.

Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend access to protect users, comply with law, investigate misuse, address non-payment, or preserve service integrity. Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. You may stop using the service and request account closure at any time.
Service provided as available
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, fit for a particular purpose, or suitable for a particular decision. Market data, third-party services, citations, and AI output may be delayed, corrected, unavailable, or inaccurate.
Liability and mandatory rights
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Market Master is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or speculative loss; loss of profit, opportunity, data, or goodwill; or a financial decision made from general information. Nothing limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any consumer or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Governing law and disputes
Market Master is operated from Lithuania. Lithuanian law applies subject to mandatory protections and courts available to consumers in their country of residence. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly. Before paid services are offered, the complete trader identity, geographic address, and applicable consumer-dispute information will be made directly and permanently accessible.
Contact and changes
Material changes receive a new effective date and notice where required. Continued use after a change applies only where lawful and does not replace any consent required by law.
