Educational and informational service
Market Master is an independent financial education and market-information portal. It is not a broker, trading venue, investment adviser, portfolio manager, personalized trading-signal service, custodian, exchange, or transaction-execution service. It does not accept deposits, hold client assets, connect to brokerage accounts, or place orders.
Content, research, market data, comparisons, tools, simulations, saved decision workflows, and AI-assisted features provide general educational information—not personalized investment, financial, trading, legal, accounting, or tax advice. If paid memberships are introduced later, payment would purchase access to information and workflow features, not advice, account management, investment performance, or a financial outcome.
We do not connect to brokerage accounts or use personal data to execute transactions, manage a portfolio, or issue individualized investment recommendations. Never submit brokerage credentials, payment-card details, or sensitive portfolio information to forms or AI features.
Current services and provider roles
- Marketstack · active
- Supplies end-of-day market prices, history, volume, instrument metadata, and provider status. Requests are made and cached by the Market Master server; the provider API key is not exposed to visitors. Current displays are delayed and are not a real-time trading feed.
- OpenAI API · active
- Supports the research assistant, earnings workspace, market-move explanations, and clearly labelled AI commentary. Only the prompt and context required for the requested feature are sent. Public AI-generated text is identified as AI-generated and states whether human review occurred.
- WordPress and membership · free access active
- WordPress operates publishing, accounts, authentication, and saved service records. No paid subscription checkout is currently offered and no recurring payment is accepted. Paid Memberships Pro and Stripe are installed or prepared only for a possible later launch; their activation requires a separate legal, pricing, withdrawal, billing, and technical review.

- FluentSMTP routes transactional email through the configured Market Master mailbox service. Cloudflare Turnstile protects public forms from automated abuse and processes the limited technical signals required to perform that check.
- Consent, analytics, and commercial features
- CookieAdmin Pro provides prior-consent controls and Google Consent Mode signals. Google Site Kit may load Google Analytics only after the applicable consent choice. Advertising and affiliate programs are not treated as active merely because supporting software or draft content exists. Any future activation requires updated notices, consent controls where applicable, and a clear disclosure beside each commercial link or placement.
Information we collect
We may receive account and profile details; subscription, billing-status, and transaction references supplied by a payment provider; newsletter preferences when you opt in; support, privacy, and correction messages; saved tools, research queues, decision records, and notification preferences; consent choices; and limited technical, security, and abuse-prevention logs. Payment-card numbers are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by Market Master.
Sources and categories of personal data
Most information comes directly from you when you browse, create an account, save a workflow, subscribe, submit a form, or use an AI feature. WordPress, security, consent, email, analytics, payment, and hosting providers may return account identifiers, delivery events, consent states, transaction references, approximate location derived from an IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, and security events. We do not intentionally collect government identifiers, precise geolocation, brokerage credentials, or complete payment-card details.
Why we use personal data
We use personal data to provide requested services, administer accounts and subscriptions, deliver opted-in communications, respond to support and privacy requests, protect the service, keep required business records, improve the product with consented measurement, and meet legal obligations. Where applicable, the legal basis may be performance of a contract, consent, legal obligation, or a legitimate interest that does not override your rights.
Purposes and legal bases
Account creation, authentication, saved workspaces, and requested AI or market-data features are processed to provide the service you request and, where applicable, perform our agreement with you. Security logging, fraud prevention, service reliability, and the defence of legal claims rely on our legitimate interests in operating a safe and accountable service. Contact and privacy requests are processed to respond to you and meet legal obligations. Newsletter email, non-essential analytics, advertising storage, and personalized advertising require the applicable consent, which you may withdraw at any time. Tax, accounting, consumer, and regulatory records are processed where the law requires them.
When information is required
Fields marked as required are necessary to create the requested account, submit a support or rights request, or operate the selected feature. If you do not provide them, that request or feature may not work. Newsletter, analytics, advertising, optional profile information, and saved research choices are voluntary. Market Master does not currently accept paid subscription orders.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
Essential storage supports security, sessions, and saved choices. CookieAdmin Pro records your categories and sends Google Consent Mode signals. Google Site Kit and Google Analytics may process page, device, referral, approximate-location, and interaction information only after the applicable analytics consent. Advertising storage and personalization remain denied unless separately activated and consented to. Use the Privacy choices control at the bottom of the page to withdraw or change your choice at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.
Form security and abuse prevention
Protected public forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Cloudflare processes limited browser, device, interaction, and network information required for that security check. Market Master does not intentionally send the contents of your form fields to Turnstile.
Market data
When a market view is requested, the Market Master server sends Marketstack the requested symbol, date range, and technical query parameters. We do not intentionally send Marketstack your account identity or AI prompt. Responses are cached on our server so multiple visitors can use the same delayed market record without repeating a provider request.
AI-assisted features and automated publications
When you submit a research question, earnings material, company or symbol, or market-move observation, the relevant text and supporting context are sent to the OpenAI API to produce the requested output. A pseudonymous safety identifier may also be used for security and abuse prevention. Morning Brief AI commentary may be generated from Marketstack facts and cited research without human review; it is visibly labelled as AI-generated. Market Master does not use AI output to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.
API requests use storage-disabled settings where the feature supports them. OpenAI states that business and API inputs and outputs are not used to train its models by default unless the customer opts in; limited provider-side retention may still occur for safety, abuse monitoring, security, or legal compliance under the provider’s current terms and the account configuration. Do not submit passwords, payment details, brokerage credentials, confidential third-party material, or sensitive personal or financial information.
External sources and links
AI research may retrieve and cite public web sources. Market Master stores the resulting citation title and URL with the output where the feature requires evidence. If you open an external citation or provider link, that destination receives the ordinary browser request and applies its own privacy policy. Market Master articles are published and read on Market Master; source links are supporting references.
Service providers and international transfers
We use providers only for defined roles such as hosting, email, payments, market data, AI processing, security monitoring, consent, analytics, and advertising. They receive only the information needed for that role. Where personal data is transferred internationally, Market Master will use an applicable adequacy decision, contractual safeguards, or another lawful transfer mechanism and make required information available before production use in a launch region.

Retention and deletion
Account and saved-workspace data is retained while the account remains open and is then deleted or de-identified after the period reasonably needed to complete closure, prevent abuse, restore accidental loss, and resolve disputes. Support and privacy-request records are retained according to the nature of the request and applicable limitation periods. Consent records are kept for as long as necessary to demonstrate the choice and respond to a dispute. Security logs are retained only for a proportionate security period. If payments are activated later, transaction and accounting records will be retained for the period required by Lithuanian tax and accounting law. A documented legal hold may extend an otherwise applicable period. Provider-side retention follows the configured service and contract. When an exact period cannot be fixed in advance, we use these purpose, legal-obligation, dispute, and security criteria.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and subject to lawful exceptions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. You may object to direct marketing at any time. California residents may also request information about collection and disclosure, correction or deletion, opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and receive equal service when exercising a right. Market Master does not sell personal information and does not activate cross-context behavioural advertising without the required choice.

State the right you wish to exercise and the account email, if applicable; do not send passwords or identity documents unless requested through a secure verification process. We may verify identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law. Automated decisions
Market Master does not use personal data for solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. AI outputs answer a user request or generate labelled editorial commentary; they do not approve credit, execute investments, determine eligibility for regulated services, or manage a portfolio.
Security and children
We apply access controls, encryption in transit, protected secrets, logging, backups, and incident procedures appropriate to the service. No system is completely secure. Market Master is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly create accounts for children below 16 in the EEA, or below another applicable minimum age without valid parental authorization.
