By accessing and using any Market Master product, service, website, software, or affiliated community (collectively, “Market Master”), you acknowledge and agree to the following risk disclosures:
1. No Guarantees of Profit or Success
Market Master makes no express or implied guarantees regarding trading results. While our algorithmic tools, including but not limited to the Hedge Fund Algo, XAU Algo, and Futures X Algo, have been built with advanced strategies and backtested performance, past performance does not guarantee future results. All results are hypothetical unless stated otherwise and do not reflect actual trading.
2. High-Risk Investment Environment
Trading on margin or with leverage—including in forex, futures, and derivative markets—can amplify both gains and losses. Market volatility, low liquidity, slippage, and execution risks may result in losses that exceed your initial investment. Clients are solely responsible for assessing the suitability of our software relative to their risk tolerance and financial situation.
3. Proprietary Algorithm Use Disclaimer
Our trading software is for educational and analytical purposes. Market Master does not function as a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or asset manager. Users are solely responsible for executing trades and managing risk. Software licensing does not include portfolio management, fiduciary services, or discretionary account oversight.
4. Prop Firm and Fast Pass Programs
Our prop firm partnerships may offer clients a pathway to funded accounts. However, passing a prop firm challenge involves market risk and is not guaranteed. Where guarantees are offered for specific Fast Pass programs, eligibility depends on meeting all published criteria, including firm selection, timeframe, and adherence to trading protocols.
5. Market Conditions and Execution Risk
Trade execution may be affected by spreads, liquidity, trading hours, and technology limitations. Stop-loss, limit, or trailing orders are not guaranteed and may experience slippage during high volatility. During major news releases or unexpected global events, algorithms may underperform or stop functioning as designed.
6. Technology & Connectivity Risk
Use of our software requires internet access and integration with supported broker platforms (e.g., MT5). Technical issues—including server downtime, software errors, or broker latency—may interfere with trade execution. Market Master is not liable for losses resulting from such interruptions or third-party systems.
7. Legal & Regulatory Disclosures
Market Master does not provide legal, tax, or regulatory advice. Our software is not regulated by the SEC, CFTC, DFSA, or any global financial authority. Users are responsible for understanding and complying with local financial regulations in their jurisdiction.
8. Responsibility for Use and Results
You acknowledge that by using our software or educational content, you are engaging in speculative trading at your own risk. Market Master, its officers, directors, partners, employees, and affiliates disclaim all liability for any direct or indirect losses incurred. Use of the platform is entirely voluntary and at your sole discretion.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Market Master LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, contractors, and representatives from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising out of your use or misuse of our software or services, including violations of this risk disclosure or applicable law.
